• Small Bathroom, Kitchen or Hallway, 200$

• Large Bathroom, Kitchen or Hallway, 250$

• Normal Bedroom or Office, 350$

• Large Bedroom or Office, 500$

• Normal Living Room, 500$

• Large Living Room, 650$

Notes

• I include walls and trim with every paint job. To add ceilings is an extra 25%. To add a standard door is 75$

• You are welcome to provide the paint or I can get the paint for you. If I get it the cost will added to the bill (with no up-charge) plus 50$ for the added time.

• I strongly recommend using a high quality paint. It will result in a better looking finish and actually saves you money since you’ll need less.
