Interior Painting

Standard Kitchen or Bathroom - 200$

  • All paint jobs include walls and trim. To add ceilings is an extra 25%. To add a door is 75$ for a standard size door.

  • The only material I charge for is the paint itself. The paint I use is typically 50$/gallon which typically covers one normal size room or half of a large room. There is no up-charge, and I will provide a receipt.

  • You are welcome to provide the paint yourself, though I highly recommend using a high quality paint. It will result in a better looking paint job, and will save me time which saves you money on labor.

Drywall Repair

Small Hole (Less than 12 inches)

  • Patch & Mud, 100$

  • Patch, Mud, Sand & Paint, 200$

Large Hole (More than 12 inches)

  • Patch & Mud, 100$ per square foot

  • Patch Mud, Sand & Paint, 150$ per square foot

  • Patch & Mud: Means I fill fix the hole, apply the mud and smooth it out as best as possible. It will be up to you to wait for it to dry, then sand it smooth and paint over it.

  • Patch, Mud, Sand & Paint: Means I will fix the hole, apply mud, then come back after it dries and sand and paint it. In short, it will look like new.
